Those are two I have not used.  I've only shopped once online and it was with fabric.com.  It was generally a good experience, but I ended up not really liking the material. I'm looking for some Liberty that is on sale (good luck with that, she said) or something like it.  I'll have to look into those two.  In my neck of the woods finding Liberty or higher end stuff is hit or miss.  I am making a blouse and I want to treat myself to some super fine, awesomeness.  Thanks for the info, great as always!

I would say that over 50 percent of my fabric stash comes from online.  I have several sites that I use.  My recent order was placed at www.fabricmartfabrics.com.  They always have fabrics on clearance and have been able to find some designer fabrics here at a reasonable price.  The description usually gives alot of information that helps making selecting online pretty easy.  Fabric content, hand and what uses the fabric is best suited for is some of the information.  I also have spent a good bit of money at FashionFabricClub.com. They also give a nice description of the fabric with recommendations of uses.  I have used fabric.com in the past but the last couple of times I have been a little disappointed in their customer service.   Both Fabric.com and FashionFabricClub does have swatch services but usually by the time you order the swatches and receive them the product is sold out.  I love the convenience of ordering online but those late night online shopping trips can be costly.

This is a great idea!  I'm always moving my magnetic holder so this would be a great backup.

I started a dog costume line about a year ago and have been selling them at 2 local shops.  October last year I opened an Etsy shop where I have about 20 costumes that I hve created.  What surprises me is people buy these year round and dress their dogs up for every occasion.  I just made 2 matching clown costumes boy and girl and then one for the Birthday Girl who's going to be 1.  It's for a Circus Themed Birthday party.  I'd post pictures but don't see how to post any.  My etsy store is - dogdesignsbydiana.  If you have any questions concerning dog costumes contact me.

You know I'm obsessed about 70's cop shows like Rockford files and Hawaii 5-O.  I love looking at the 70's tyle, the flowing tunics, so into tunics right now.  Anyhoo, ya, I love vintage too.

I too have become addicted to vintage patterns.  I have accumulated almost 150 of these, dating from 1930 to 1990's.  I have to admit that I dont consider the 70's, 80's and the 90's vintage but technically they are considered that.  I guess that makes me Vintage as well.  I have found the sizes are certainly not what they are now.  Much smaller bust sizes for sure.  My youngest daughter loves vintage looking clothes so these patterns are perfect for creating something for her wardrobe.

My vote for VINTAGE is YEA!
